9th Draw

So far 7,566 invitations were granted to the candidates in eight draws.
Though i am waiting for IELTS score this month, I am eagerly looking to hear from CIC for 9th draw. So that, I could expect when my turn would be in the pool. Hopefully today we will hear from them.
CIC is planning to make 2 draws every month to complete the target in the year. However, due to less number of candidates with high scores in the pool, CIC might be delaying. Probably, they are looking for good number of candidates in the pool.
My assumptions for 9th draw would be 1200 applicants with cut-off at 410. I may be wrong but let's hope for the best.

Well it depends on the number of ITA issues.

If 2000 ITA, cut-off will be 440

if 1000 ITA, cut-off will be 450

I think the 9th draw won't happen this week cos it is long weekend in Canada this weekend .. The coming Monday is Victoria Day and I doubt CIC will do anything to prepare for the 9th draw this week.... I really think the 9th draw is going to happen at next week or even the end of this month.

They don't have to make any manual entries in register to declare a draw.

Well no matter what computer can do that there is still need to have someone to set it up and I don't think anyone in CIC is actually working tomorrow cos they are already in HOLIDAY mode .... dude if you know what Canadians are like then you will know what I am saying .... Especially tomorrow is already no school and I really think a lot of CIC workers already asked for day off even CIC is suppose to work tomorrow. But actually no one at CIC is in working mode tomorrow lol

Draws happen at early mornings in India....I hope I sleep and get up to see a wonderful surprise of points droping to 420s.......God bless us all
