share your GT IELTS exams experience at Santa monica ESL center, hows your exams gone, what would be the band you get? and whats next plan for retake or not to go for retake if points are enough...

Below are the questions that i had on IELTS on 8th of may

Listening test

Section 1. A talk regarding accommodation booking at Hostel.

Section 2. Radio conversation about charity work.

Section 3. A talk about honey bees

Reading test

Passage 1. Hiring bicycles.
Passage 1. About employment grievance.
Passage 2. Regarding tidal waves for energy generation like power.
Passage 4. Bus and Walking tours.

Writing test

Writing Task 1 (a letter)

Write a letter to your supervisor regarding a course you attended as a part of your job. In your letter include the following:
- explain what you have done in the course,
- say how the course was useful to you,
- what are your improvements regarding the course.

Writing Task 2 (an essay)

Some parents think that having children watch television programs is good for their development, others believe that this is not true. What is your opinion?

Speaking

Interview

- What is your name?
- What shall I call you?
- Do you work or Study.
- Do you see weather reports?
- How Weather affects you?
- Whats your favourite weather? Why?


Cue Card

Talk about how you spent your last weekend
- where did you go,
- What have you done,


Discussion

- Is it good for the society to have shift jobs?
- What are the negative impact family has for doing job in shift?
- Which are the industries that requires shift jobs?

Overall, it was good.....i expect to have 7 to 8 bands....
