I somehow feel the same...that there should be 3 draws this month...to match up with the number of invitations..
ppl are assuming this draw most of the ppl selected are those who declined their ITA earlier..this is more or less like Feb's draw (correction one - just that current one is nt correction)...
This is an interesting increase of 16 points! Plus the number of invitations are way to unexpected. We never know what CIC's gonna do next. All we know now is that 22,000 people are actively sitting on the EE pool.
May be here is another reason why numbers of ITAs are not high..just 10-15% of the immigrants who arrive in Canada this year will have been selected via the new Express Entry.

I have a query, many people told in this forum that they filled both CEC,and FSW EE application at same time. Many of them get ITA under FSW stream. What will b the status for their CEC EE application? will it remain in pool ? so if a draw will be only for CEC specific, will it again choose the same people?
The people invited in this draw are mostly candidates who rejected their ITA's, because if we see out spreadsheet there are just 6 candidates with score more than or equal to 469 and who have not received ITA yet.
If they say there are 22000 people are in the pool, then the spreadsheet with 1040 entries without ITA represents about 5% of total pool
This representation has been consistent since the EOI started. So just 6 entries from our spreadsheet does not make any sense.
Most of the people invited this time had declined their earlier invitations because their documents were not ready yet.
Don't worry in next draw score will come down and this one one does not even count in the cap (as we are already counting these people in previous draws)
