72 units in college for filipinos?

do i need to have 72 units in college before i can enroll 2 years culinary management in canada?
i only have 61 units in college. and i am a computer science undergraduate.
and by the way im a filipino.

what are the things that i need to increase the chance of my student visa to be approved?

right now im preparing for ielts.

A computer science graduate going for culinary program; have you thought about 'very' strong reasons
to provide to VO for this change of academic career.
