6 months wait time study permit renewal

I had an immigration consultant applied for study permit renewal 4 months before my visa expired. It's been 6 months and I never received any communication from IRCC. I submitted several webforms, call IRCC number daily to hear there are no updates, consulted with few other professionals and all I am told is to wait. I have waited way more than estimated processing time. This strikes hard my health and my wife's health. It's got to the point my marriage is about to end because of this limbo we have been put in. Is there any forms I can submit asking for priority on the process because of medical reason?

What can I do to get the process reviewed? Please help. I'm desperate
