I am still curious to know whether anyone between 481 and 560 got a CEC specific ITA. Such candidate has to be eligible for CEC only. Is there anyone here who is in this situation. This would greatly help those who dont want to get a FSW ITA because CEC ITA is much easier for them (like me).

Applies to me too. I got FSW as well. I don't think it is possible for anyone to have score between 481 to 600 and at the same time be eligible for CEC only.

That makes it very hard for people who have applied under FSW requirements to guess their chance of entrance.
I don't know what's the point of that criteria, but if they estimated 23k CEC and 51k FSW vacancies, why are they putting people on the wrong program?
I understand that there's people eligible for both programs, but if you are entering EE using Canadian XP, why would them fill you in a non-required-Canadian-experience vacancy?
If they want to preserve CEC positions, so why the separation of vacancies between the programs? I mean, they could just put 74k vacancies to CEC+FSW with preference to CEC candidates. That would be a bit more comprehensive and would not give us false expectations.

You can be eligible for CEC alone with that score because you may not fulfill the job continuity criteria. Also, if your primary NOC is different from your work exp, you wont be eligible for FSW.
I sent CIC an email yesterday. Today, they sent a reply saying my request has been forwarded to the concerned department. Lets see what happens. Why don't you all send them this email aswell? So that they are aware that many people are facing this issue?
Yeah i created my profile yesterday and declared much less funds than 12000, I am in the pool now.
I checked the eligibility for CEC and proof of funds was not there. Please update us when you get a reply from CIC.
