I am an international student and I am 21 weeks pregnant with a Canadian boyfriend. The due date will be in November. I will be finishing my program in August. My concerns are:
1. Can I still apply for a postgraduate work permit?
2. If so, do I get the same benefits for pregnant women with my status?

2. You will need to look into provincial coverage in your province. Some require a work permit holder to be employed to get coverage. If you don't qualify, you will need to pay all costs of the birth yourself.

Not sure what you mean. If you are working, you are entitled to leave, regress of status. Whether you qualify for EI depends on if you have enough hours worked.
I will be delivering the baby in November. I am not a Canadian citizen but my partner is. I am a student but will finish on August and will have a work permit after.
