5669 Given name can't be blank

Hello everyone,

I am working on my wife's paperwork and I am unable to validate eimm5669e because my wife's passport has no surname on it. It's a very common thing with Indian passports and everywhere it is advised to put the entire name in family name field. Can somebody please advise how do I go about validating this form? I am pretty sure many experienced folks here must have faced this issue before. Can I know what was done to remediate the issue? However adding surname to my wife's passport isn't possible as my passport does not bear one either.
