50 points for valid job offer

Hi,

I am currently on my PGWP. I am having tough time in understanding 50 additional points for valid job offfer. For instance, me on PGWP, accepted job having a LMIA, am I qualified to get those extra 50 points?? or Open work permit holder are just not eligible.

If you have an LMIA, you can technically opt for 50 points.
