Bro they fall under
General catergory , in india they have a very less success rate.
Suppose you are visa officer and u have files all of 6 bands and of 5.5 bands which profilw will u give visa. Also, 5.5 bands has a very less success rate of visa. We need visa bro. Admission will be somehow managed in these colleges. In india 5.5 has a very less success rate. You can say 10-20%.
Moreover, chances Post study work permit are also less after graduating from these colleges.I got refused for 6.5 bands with 5 bands in one module moreover i got eap with it. Still I didn't got. After i repeated ielts and now i have visa . Also, i applied for undergraduate degree. They need bonafied students.
To apply for UG we need 6 bands not less than 5.5
For PG 6.5 not less than 6.
Yess sorry for rude behaviour , but understand my point
So if you think it's ok, why ask the question? Take the advice of people on here who know more about it and try and increase your IELTS. It will make your application stronger. Or if you don't want to take any advice, apply with those scores and more than likely receive a rejection letter.

It's not just the school you have to be concerned about - it's also CIC. It's entirely possible for the school to accept your language score but for CIC to refuse to accept it. We see this happen here relatively frequently.
CIC generally refuses study permit applications with any individual scores below 5.5.
