@Wolverine17: the chances for you to get an ITA depends entirely on your CRS points. If your points are in the safe zone (460+), then you will be likely able to secure an ITA.
I am resitting my ielts to improve my score and chances hopefully will score above 460

That's who gets an invitation - people with a LMIA or PNP, and the very rare young person with lots of education from a program that also counts as work experience.
