4021 or 4011....please help

i need help
My work experience is an engineering instructor at a university.


When selecting NOC, I am confused between 4011 and 4021.

The duties and responsibilities I had is similar to 4011 however, the qualifications needed is either phd or masters in the field of specialization. ( I have bachelors in Electrical and Electronics engineering and masters in Engineering Business management).

For 4021, the qualification matches with mine but that is for college teachers.

Which one should I select?

Have you looked at NOC 4012? Check the duties to see if they match. I know this would be a lower position but it does not require a PhD or Masters.

My duties matches 4011 but my qualifications fall under 4012.
