I worked in an engineering university as a lecturer from 2011, but at the time of joining, I only had a 4 years bachelor degree and I was mainly engaged in teaching undergraduate level engineering courses. The NOC 4011 description says that a Masters degree is required. I completed my master's degree in December 2014 and left university job in mid-2015. I have experience of university lecturer of over 3 years now, but after completing masters its just 3 months and NOC 4011 has the requirement of Masters degree.
If I chose NOC 4021 (College lecturer), my job description will still match, but the title and the experience letter will say, a university lecturer.
I am very confused about this, please help me.
