3908E Question - Photos

I'm not at this stage yet, but it says "Supply eight (8) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself." Does this mean my wife and her son need to supply these photos, or all of her family members? It says each member of your family, but another forum said it is just required for her and her son. Please clarify. Thanks.

Your immediate family, meaning you, your wife, and any children you have.

the form you are referring to is the one for the applicant + dependents. So in that case, it's only your wife and son. Family members are not dependent in terms of the application, so they don't need to have pictures (or medicals exams ).

not you - as the sponsor, unless your region specific guideline asks for it... it's only for the applicant + dependent

That could be true, however I was told by a consultant that, if you are married, the applicant's spouse is also considered a family member, and needed to be included in the photos, just not the sponsor's children if they are not accompanying, or are already citizens.

We included photos of all of us.. Cannot hurt in any case if unsure.
