hi asitoja based from the experiences of my friends, and the employer that i have talked to, its Nova scotia. My friend, got her eligibility to take the CRNE in just a matter of 2 weeks. The counting starts after your school, employer, PRC have send the complete requirements and the CRNNS received it. I can send you the direct link if you want . ;D So that you'll just download the info and forms. Kindly send me your email .
this is good, and to those who want this, just do it before november since CRNNS will ncrease their assessment fee..
1. Submit directly to the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia (the College):
I. Clear photocopies of photo identification (e.g. passport, driver's license, etc.) and proof of legal name (e.g. birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.).
II. Part I (Application for Initial Registration Assessment for IENs who have never been registered in Canada), once complete.
III. Assessment fee of $138.00 (Canadian funds, includes HST). Effective November 1st, 2010 the fee will be $460.00 (Canadian funds, includes HST). The assessment fee is not refundable. Payment can be made by international money order or online by credit card. We do not accept international demand drafts or cheques. Thank you for your assistance.

Had a quick query, Can I apply for CRNE even without gettting a PR visa, is there any website where I can find the steps to apply for (i.e Toronto).

Hi..i passed my app in February..i did my degree in the Phil, pinoy ata toh!..hehehe..BS Nursing in the Philippines is not equivalent to CNO requirements unfortunately, so they required me to answer a competency assessment plus my experience here in New Zealand.
