I have done BCom (hons) in India = 3 years. In Canada, 4 years Bachelors is required for Masters. If I do certificate course ( 1 or 2 year) , will my bachelor's be considered of 4 years? Or diploma is needed for that?
And does that certificate course has to be credit or non-credit?

Whayt are your trying to do? No, a certificate (credit) will not give you 4 year degree. Neither will a diploma (credit). You either have take a 4 year degree or you haven’t.
