I received bvl today. This is my second application and I had received bvl in the previous application too. Last time bvl and refusal were together. Has anyone faced this situation. Kindly help, really tensed.

What were your refusal reasons last time? What did you change in your application?

also for my previous two refusals, I got the decision + BVL at the same time. But what I am reading on this forum lately is that if BVL without a rejection at first usually is a good sign.
Hope you pass through this time.

I have degree and work experience in IT but my course was in project management, so, application was refused. This time I have applied for master's in IT and have also explained why I have changed the course.
Hope we all get ppr soon
