Hello sir
recently I got rejection which in these reason. Please give me advice what can I do to reapply .You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirements of a spousal open work permit pursuant to section 205(c)(ii) of the Regulations.
• You have not established that you are the spouse or that you meet the definition of common-law partner, as defined in the IRPR.
Baker at Tim Hortons is not considered in NOC-B category as they just put it oven and that's it. They don't perform the duties of a skilled Baker such as:
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
Bake mixed doughs and batters
However, Tim Hortons consider them baker and give them "baker title". The job is more like of a Food Counter Attendant.
Are they baking from scratch? I think that is the big issue. They either are mixing prepared ingredients or putting baked goods that are already prepared and putting them in the oven.
It’s a NOC D. I started a two year chefs course years ago . ONE year of intensive schooling etc etc was just BAKING . Every day for a year, baking every conceivable product you’d find in a bakery , high end restaurants from scratch . Putting prepackaged goods into an oven is not a skilled job, it’s NOC D
And btw, you then had to apprentice after that to get your official papers
