Actually they started counting from the day you submitted your application. Even when you call IRCC they will tell you its still in processing time and your application is still processing. And they will tell you the expected date. It’s always from day I submit my application for me.

Thanks for clarifying. I noticed the "date submitted" column on GC Key for my PR application shows the AOR receipt date although I submitted my application 3 months earlier. If the processing times start from the application submission date, that's great news for everyone.

i thought it was from the day they receive your COMPLETE application, so if you submit and are missing documents they might not count the days till you send them a complete application
