In the end should be signed with the code name of the officer along with the VO ( atleast thats what mine mentioned)...

Hi, I have question if anyone can answer,
I received my eCOPR today but when i opened the PR Portal the eCOPR there belongs to someone else with different name on it, but i got email saying that your are permanent resident of Canada.
What should i do?
