From what I could gather as per the current trend, IRCC tends to work 1 week strictly for P1s and P2s and eCoPRs the next! However, the ratio of issuing eCoPRs to P1s and P2s is significantly low!

Major update: ECOPR received today (15th November)!!! Many thanks to everyone here, and hope everyone's Maple Dreams will be a success!!!

P. S. My next worry is the potential delay of PR Cards due to the Canada Post strike. Let's see how it goes.

I uploaded my photo on Portal 2 on September 23, 2024. As of today, it has been 60 days, and the status still shows “In Review.” I have not yet received my eCOPR.

IRCC disrespects us, to my inquiry via web-form I received the following:
> We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.
> We understand that you were informed a decision was made on your application.
> Until an official letter is sent to you, your application remains in process.
> Rest assured that once your application is finalized, it will be communicated to you.

Which I presume is a copy-paste basically meaning "it takes as long as it takes".

Hi! Thanks for sharing your timeline. My Portal 1 date was September 19, 2024, so it’s been a bit of a wait since then. I hope we both get our eCOPRs soon—it’s definitely frustrating how unclear their updates can be. That response you got does seem like a generic template.
Your timeline looks pretty efficient compared to others I’ve seen—fingers crossed we’re next! Let’s hope for some good news soon.
