I called Ircc in the morning my portal 1 came from Montreal office and now after portal 2 it’s transferred to Etobicoke . Anybody know why is that so ?

I know a couple of people, their files were also transferred to Etobicoke from Montreal. No idea, why are they doing that. Did they give you any approx. timeline?

Hi, I wonder how did you manage to reach them? I tried to call today like at 8:05 EST, the robot said it could not connect me with an agent. Maybe I follow wrong path? I follow through "learn application status" in the call menu.

I called them too and got to know that mine is still Montreal office but I don’t know if it makes any difference. The agent said that it depends on case to case.
