what if its already been 1 year on half day and you dont have pr? are those days counted at all?

A maximum 365 days can be counted in 2 years after that no time counts so if it is under 2 years all good either after 2 years no half day will be counted. you have to stay 2 years after PR no matter when it arrives.
 
I received AOr but still didn’t received a biometric collection letter, it’s Ok?
