Hi.. i have applied for MY PR in AUG23..
got fingerprints and character certificate request was updated more then 35 days.. but still i cannot link it to my GC account.
Have cross checked all the information i am entering and it is correct evern as per IRCC.
any reason i cannot link it?

Hi ,
If you have a representative on your file , you cannot linked it and only representative can linked .
second for my case I used application No & applicant name - Passport Info - no of applicant 1

I don't undestand the order. Because I have background complete and now security. Don't know what else or if are simultaneous.

ok. When I called , officer sad background check is complete now are security screening. Which takes long time? security?
I already has travel documemt, I remember have read in some message that sometimes that help for speed up the security. Do you know about that?

TBH Everyone, I strongly believe that the agents just say things to get us off the phone. I have worked in call centres or customer service departments too. Eevery time a customer calls we have to leave notes so we dont say something completely different if another agent gets the customer's call in future. With IRCC, every time i have called, the agent has told me something entirely different from the previous agent. Idk how it works with immigration but it honestly feels like they think we are stupid. I dont believe the agents and i dont believe they know what they talk about when they speak to us. Its frustrating.
