I received my pre arrival by mail in the gc key account and my eligibility through call from ircc office. Haven’t received my eligibility mail.

I dont know. I already made same question but nobody answer. I read that can take months that stage but sometimes is shorter time.
Im in security screening now. When did you apply? Im from August 2023.
