I want to know how many weeks after received Pre-arrival and eligibility letters would someone get another update and what should I be expecting or next stage?

Next is portal first and second emails and ecopr. After that you will be waiting for your pr card.

It’s impossible to guess. Someone gets after couple days and others get after couple months. Depends on your luck.

Best thing to do is to call IRCC. I had the same issue and the agent helped me to link my application.

Oh I just checked your previous messages. He applied for pr February, 2023 and got his pr decision today. How he got the decision? And what does it say?
