You need to fill out the form and submit it either via webform or the secure link provided in the request letter

I applied in Sep 2023 but did not get any news after bio in Jan 2024.

Im not really sure but I guess means that is assessed and just waiting for the agent to check it and made the decission.

Prior - My primary office is Mississauga , and secondly was Etobicoke

Currently - I see now my secondary office is now Montreal ….. Does this means something ?
