I applied for PR on December 23. In August 2024, I received my ATIP notes, which stated that the eligibility and security checks had not started. However, this week, I received an email from the MP office saying, "During my last call with IRCC, I was able to obtain some information regarding your application. From what our office has been told, your application is in the process of completing the security check and the verification of eligibility."
Do you think such progress can occur in just two months? Also, can the security and eligibility checks progress simultaneously, or is there a specific sequence where security only begins after eligibility?

Hi, how you made that? I mean the email. My main office is Mississauga and secondary is Etobicoke. But I dont know how to contact them. Is that possible?
sorry guys i sent another email and it says their inbox is closed now maybe they were receiving too many irrelevant emails since it was only for those invited for PR. They still forwarded my message to CPC-M and after 5 days i received biometric request so it seemed like it worked.

Yes. I recommend you to submit them at the beginning. If not they will ask you anyway. But if you can get it you should submit.
For me I did not send at the beginning and they asked later. But for my partner we submitted from 3 different countries when we submit the pr application. They did nor ask for partner.

I haven't received anything after that. And I can't even check my status online using any tool, it says something is wrong even when I put everything correct. The only thing I can see is submitted on my application. what suggestions do you guys have? I am lil worried. Thank you in advance

Do You mean your GCKEy account? Because in the portal where You sent the application You Will never see changes. That portal is only For submit and no more.
