On my side when they opened the application to start on it it changed to NA after a while it was changed to hidden, at least you know someone touched your application

Security not started.
Criminality and medical passed......... it's our process but I didn't get any pre arrival letter

Maybe he got the Gcms note or called the immigration asked them, for me I got eligibility letter 3week after PAL.
