Completely normal
I applied April 2023 and received pre- Arrival and Eligibility August 2024 my security not started .
As you see people applied in July 2022 received PR Card and Aug 2022 received final decision now .

It’s actually accurate because I’m from Quebec and my was even faster than his, applied in sept 2023 and got AOR in Jan 2024 and I got pre arrival in April 2024 and eligibility May 2024 and I got my notes and it said all steps are passed only waiting for decision which is weird for Quebec but hopefully the approval doesn’t take years to come
I have a question they asked me for csq of me and my dependents overseas but i am not willing to live in quebec i want to move to ontario will it reduce the processing time to 25 months or not ?
