hi, did your eligibility come with pre-arrival? I got the pre-arrival letter a few days ago but it didn't say anything about eligibility in the letter or on the web
I got the pre-arrival letter on the IRCC website and received the eligibility letter through my email a week later.
I sent an email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca with my tracking number asking about my ATIP And this was the answer

I applied on the same date, but haven’t received Pre-arrival or Eligibility so far, submitted my PCC in September 2023.
I don't think it makes a difference tbh. Some people get them and then pr confirmation right after. I've been waiting almost 6 months, no PR. Everyone's timeline is different.
I have a question. After the elegibility, what's next? My info sharing is in progress. So when that is done, the security is passed?
I don't know exactly how it works.
