When do You receive the PAL?
I mean because according to the notes, I already passed Elegibility. So next step is the PAL?

I received PA and eligibility passed on march 2024 but my family abroad didn't receive medical or AOR . VO IS ANKARA

Applied permanent resident: 26 June 2023
AOR: 26 September 2023 with XG number
Requested Biometric and police certificate letter: 19 December 2023 with G000 number
Work permit expired: April 2024
Extention letter received: for 4 months till September 2024
No update since then
Problem faced:
The police certificate I submitted because my fingerprints are found in their system, but husband’s fingerprints are not found in their system, so didn't iissue to my husband. Kuwait does not provide a Police Clearance Certificateas their system for expats is unreliable, I took screen shot and submitted all communications related PCC to IRCC webform. When I asked IRCC, they said that an officer is reviewing our application and it is currently in process.
Is there anyone who has a situation like me. They will accept my PR application while i don't provide my husband’s PCC? But I submitted as a primary applicant.
