Anyone who applied last week of October have gotten Bil or Mil?

So I had a medical exam done in the past 5 years so mine already has the completed status. But my understanding is that if you need the upfront medical exam you have to contact a panel doctor independently and say you need an upfront medical exam. Then they'll perform a standard exam. I'm not sure if the medical for PR requires more items than the standard exam so there's chance you'll have to return to the panel doctor shortly after. I'd wait until you get the request from the PR application. It's not taking long

Of late it takes two weeks to a month to get medical and biometric request.

Yes my medical was completed today in GCKey.
I did ny medical previousely less than 5 years ago so they used the old one.

Got Bil and gave biometrics and passed. How long does it take to receive Mil? Never gave medicals in past.

It usually takes one week to three weeks after Biometric, from all those that I have seen on this forum.

Timeline update: Received BIL on Dec 7.
Seeking advice: my visitor record is hitting the 6 month threshold at the end of Jan 2024. Should I apply for OWP or visitor record extension or both?
