Not that long for my case, P1 is May 22. But I would anticipate 1 more month based on you experience.

Did you receive an automated reply after p1? If not, I'd try calling and sending the info again.

Etobicoke. Ive seen people getting p2 in two days so not sure what happened on mine

Etobike is fast with p1 and p2 but slow with ecopr whiles Montreal is slow with p1 to p2 but fast with ecopr. These are my observations from the JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST GROUP
