ECOPR - 8 weeks and still waiting, Ottawa office

did you got it? seems like they do nothing at that office.

Your best bet is to call IRCC and check on status.

I called IRCC today morning, they said, if I want an update then I should raise a webform.
I am thinking to raise webform and send email to IRCC.ClientPortalEast-EstClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I see that, you have raised request to have the address changed for PR card. May I know the process you followed to have it changed?
I want to change my address on P2 Portal, How can I do that?

I received the email requesting information on May 30th and replied the same day. It's been over 2 months and I have not received the portal login credentials.

I did not get eCOPR, I tried KAI method as well.
I am waiting since June or May 2024 I guess. I do not recall exact date.
