Hello guys, I received a correspondence from IRCC. They said I have not been able to get my eCOPR because my current address is in Quebec and they want me to show a document with address outside of Quebec. How do I go about this?

Did you receive an email asking for the document or did they get back on the enquiry form that you submitted?

I received an email showing that I have a notification so I checked my account using the GC Key login and I saw the document

I'm pretty sure it's because when you originally applied for permanent residence you weren't in Quebec ? Therefore, you don't have the CSQ. That can be the reason.

eCOPR expiry date was Oct 9th 2024.

Called to IRCC last month, Agent said my younger son did not apply for a visitor record when entered the Canadian border in September. We reapplied the visitor record which came through last week.
ECORP: still waiting.
We have been waiting for four months now......

You received eCoPR just a week ago. The current timelines for first PR card is around 35 days, so you have sometime before you receive it.
