1. P1 - First email from IRCC requesting more details like (UCI, Application #,Email for the Permanent Resident Portal, Your eye colour, Your height, etc.)
Once we respond back to P1 email with requested details, IRCC sends P2 email.
2. P2 - IRCC creates account on our behalf and shares portal login details, for submitting declaration and uploading photos.
Please note, we are not supposed to create portal account by ourselves. IRCC creates on our behalf.
Wrong information on P2. Can differ between EE and non-EE.
I replied to P1 email so that I provided two persons' email address same as the one I created for submitting non-EE PNP application to IRCC, and I was able to login with the exactly same credential and provide the mailing address and the photos.
FYI: In P1, I wrote the same email address for two individuals, resulting that I provided the address and photos for two persons at the same account.
Hi, I got the first email from ircc requesting information on Nov 27, replied on Nov 28.
I didn’t get any response from them, emailed again on Dec 14th and still no response or second email with login credentials. I got mine from Montreal. Anyone with same timeline? Please let me know what I need to do next. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I am not sure if the process is different between EE and non-EE profiles. The steps I shared are for EE profile which I followed myself.

Try emailing your P1 Email template with same subject line as reply for P1 to all IRCC Offices
