For anyone that got their eCOPR, congratulations, and did the “Updated” date change in your PR application tracker?

I have a request other than eCopR. I got eCoPR approved awaiting for PR Card. Can my spouse apply for visitor visa? If so, how can be applied through portal and what is the link of portal. I heard that for reunion with family must apply through Portal. If anyone help me please. Thanks
