I have a question here. Once we receive ECOPR, is it necessary to add our PR card application to our GC key. I thought that step was not necessary.
Or is it a mandatory step, and only once you add it your gc key, then they will send it? I am confused.

I got GU for my son on Mar 31, same day got PR cards approvals for 3 other family members.
Received 3 PR cards on June 5. And the remaining one is still "submitted".

Call IRCC and they said: Still under 30 days average processing time and it's normal for family members to get cards on different days.
