Less Complex letter August 2022

The less complex letter was sent to my lawyer after I submitted my BOC. I think its based on your story and where you're from(this is what i've read from other threads.) IRB gives you a deadline to submit your supporting documents and your case may be approved without a hearing or you'll have a short hearing which is 2hrs or less.

Good luck to you : )
Did you find out what kind of documents you have to submit by August, 22 to prove your case?

Thank you .
Any related documents to your BOC
Medicial and police reports , support letters .
I haven’t submitted anything as yet . It’s so hard to get people to write the letters and attached there ID ‍♀️

Hey there! My friend is in a similar boat- do you know the approximate time to process less complex cases these days?
I have no idea , I would think it depends on the country of origin. I think it’s a good sign once your considered for the less complex claim tbh .
