Okay you can call ircc for the estimated completion date of your application if you aren’t able to see it.. and as I said earlier based on the date we got the pal and eligibility the 3-5 month mark is April 2024 but based my estimated completion date and the fact that so many people applied before me and haven’t gotten portal I think it may pass the 3-5 month mark and may be closer to my estimated completion date of august 2024
It use to take 4-6 months earlier for the Final decision after you receive PAL. Now it takes 6-8 months to receive final decision after PAL. I have been monitoring April 2022 and May 2022 applicants (non-Quebec). For Quebec it can take 1 year around.

Wow that makes sense since a lot of people applied before me haven’t gotten final decision yet that would put me basically at my estimated completion date of August 2024

Hopefully, It should not take this long, because there is capping on many visas, I hope refugee applications for PR will be getting more priority in future as compare to previous two years.

Nothing yet. I'm getting so frustrated. Only thing giving me hope is I'm seeing a lot of May 2022 applicants who received final decision. So I'm guessing June applicants we are coming up in the next month or 2

Applied in June as well.
Been watching the trends, was hoping for April. It appeared so, as it was going on a month by month basis but after I called and found out that security still hasn't started, I kinda lost hope.
Then I saw someone with August application already get final decision and realized it's random and based on luck. The agent told me "it's still within processing time!"
Refugee matters are not a priority, I hope one day someone will be able to streamline our path (portal updates would be great , other than this guessing game)
That's not to say that I am not grateful for the chance to be here or that I am complaining in any way.
