Yes i did that I am calling them from last three days. They do not have a answer. I sent them a web form as well. Because it is mentioned that if there is no account on the email then they will not send a verification code. But the ircc said they can see an account on my email. I think it is a technical error. I hope they will reply me on Monday.

I agree with @Captain911, follow what others have done in your situation. Call & send the webform multiple times. Good luck!

So that’s over 2 years since you applied for PR that’s crazy… how many family members is included in the application?

I am the main applicant and my wife and daughter are outside Canada and there is no processing of their files

You probably get copr after couple days and after couple weeks pr card will be arrived.

Hi I'm protected person apply for work permit extension. Today I received letter mention pay work permit fees and biometrics fees. My biometrics done in 2019 but online it's show expired. My question is
1. Protected person need to pay fees
2. Biometrics is not valid for 10 years how it's expired

I got 2 emails, 1 from the PR portal which automatically sends emails when there's an update (do not reply address). The subject was PR Portal (PR Confirmation) - eCoPR available.
The other one was from the same address that sent us the 1st portal email, subject as Congratulations! You are now a Permanent Resident of Canada.
