2022 PR application timeline

my timeline:

Application received June 2021
I received pre arrival letter on 3 July 2022 And eligibility passed letter on 30 August 2022
No update since then everytime I call since 1.5 year same reply security check still pending - wait …………!

Hi,
My application was received on Dec 29, 2021, and they started to process it on July 7, 2022.
Eligibility and pre-arrival are in August 2023, and nothing after that. My timeline reached 100%, but the process is continuing.

It's the most frustrating and stressful period of time that I have ever had in my whole life.

The progress bar is just a visual representation of estimated average processing time it isn’t related to your actual application. It is fairly common to go over 100%. It was put in place to attempt to decrease the amount of calls IRCC was getting to ask how much longer their application will take.

Have you tried call IRCC, it's actually too late, I hope and pray you get your PR the soonest possible.

No final decision , I called them 100 times always saying security check u have to wait it’s been more then 1.5 year for security check haven’t completed yet

Calling IRCC might not be useful for your case. You may need to hire a lawyer and file Mandamus through federal court.

Do you have any pending matters the country you lived more than 6 months, except your country of origin, did they ask or you provided them with PCC, if you have cleared everything above, then I don't find any other reason for delay, consulting with a lawyer is a good option though.

I only lived in Saudi Arabia and they don’t give pcc if u don’t have current status there

the same situation, stuck in security for the last past 9 months, lived in Saudi for 2 years,
I'll wait for 3 more months and if my security will not be cleared I will go to file a mandamus

Last month i requested GCMS note. And today i received result. It sometimes takes more than couple months.
I didnt get portal emails but i saw my COPR number they created on GCMS note. Hopefully this means good and they finish my application and all others applications as soon as possible.

I called Ircc today they said security in progress
And bcuz I have applied for Atip few times it will cuz delay

Last month i requested GCMS note. And today i received result. It sometimes takes more than couple months.
I didnt get portal emails but i saw my COPR number they created on GCMS note. Hopefully this means good and they finish my application and all others applications as soon as possible.
