hello everyone. I got pre arrival document but I haven't received eligibility yet. I called and talked to one of the agent, he said there is just background check left which is on going now. I applied in Nov,2022. Is this a good sign or I shouldn't have some hopes now ....

I applied in Ontario. Thank you so much for your good wishes. Officer said the same thing when I called but we never know...

Why worried to much of inconsequential things? You’ve received your PR card and still getting worried on what’s on PR portal. Move yourself to citizenship page to prepare for next level!
