From what I am seeing they are still dealing with April 2022 at the moment. Haven't heard of anyone from May who got first portal and final decision yet. It seems they have slowed down again, hopefully by August you will get a response

I applied November first 2022 from Quebec too and nothing seems to move.
You can die with frustration.
And those crazy people asking Federal more power on immigration !!!
To block our life forever !
Please, dont put ur health in danger. Forget about immigration and do what is possible. Life is beautiful
