2022 PR application timeline

Does any one know which one comes first:
- Decision made (online services , application status)
-First portal email

Apr 2022 applicant, Eligibility and Pre-arrival Oct 2023
Nothing after that

Technically Final decision comes first. There could be a ghost update. Then portal emails come. Portal emails are for your PR cards

You know how to link application? You can either do it with sign in partner (bank account login) or GCKey login. When you logged in you can link application with your UCI or Application number and Last Name
