You should get good news soon. You are really very lucky. I dont know whats difference between yours and other applications. Im January 2022 applicant and i just got pre arrival couple weeks ago.
did you contact to ircc many time and they speed up or you did something different? )

My medicals was passed and expired but I was not required to redo the medicals because of the public policy that was in place.

congrats to you! yes I guess so. I asked you about ghost update because I got a ghost update then medical passed was removed from my account. Now it says your application is in process. I applied online on October 2022 and I was able to linked my account on March 2023.
