Did she contact ırcc or someone about the case? If it’s from march 2022 and outside of Quebec it’s not normal. Processing time is 25 months right now. Yes it can happen of course. They don’t have to do it in 25 months, it’s just estimate.

I am the dependent one. Yes, we have sent web forms many times, but they say our file is complex and will take more time than a normal file. We are worried and frustrated. We both just received eligibility in February 2024, and since then, there has been no update. She is not well, and we sent a doctor’s recommendation letter to expedite the process, but we still haven’t received any response.

Not very true. Ministries work independently especially as long as the same party is still ruling.
