hello guys.As I mentioned before I applied in Nov,2022 and completed all the steps. I checked my account today and it says this.
Latest update:
Final decision - November 19, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
does it mean it is finalized and waiting for approval email?

Yes your final decision is already made, if you call IRCC they will likely tell you it has been approved and you should wait for the P1 email, it should arrive soon.

May 2022 , eligibility letter and pre arrival in march and still nothing (montreal)

I applied on October 7th,2022, Ontario.

After 25 months of the wait time, they sent me a letter asking to renew the biometrics.
This means the feedback during the processing is fake and meaningless.
