I applied for my PR application on August 23rd, 2022, and I received the pre-arrival letter on November 1st, 2023. The processing time ended on July 23rd, 2024, and the time bar is already at 100 percent.
Today, July 23rd, 2024, the following update appeared in my GCKey portal:
"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests, and whether the application is complete.
If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to."
Could you please suggest what I should do further?
Call them on this number +1 888 242 2100 and talk with the agent. He will be able to give you the latest updates. On my case, the updates are not shown on the CIC portal. The agent told me that the P1 portal will be sent to you within 2 days and he was right. So, my recommendation to call them before sending any web form.

Oct 2022 applicant, everything passed security still hasn’t started. PAL and eligibility Feb 2024

I recently contacted an IRCC Agent, and they informed me that everything seems okay with my file. However, they mentioned that they cannot predict when a decision will be made regarding my application.

Yesterday i spoke with ircc and they said processing time is 24 months so hopefully you will get an update next month

I have a question usually i call ircc to ask them about my pr process
And they tell me like:
Info sharing: in process
Security screening: in process
Criminal history in process
Biometric in process
Eligibility not started.
Would the gcms notes have more details?
I mean should i ask for the gcms notes or it's equal to ask ircc about the steps that already done ?
